ITI reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the website if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful activity.  

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of parts and products (“Products”) from Industrial Turbo International. By purchasing from us, the Customer agrees fully and without exception to these Terms.

• Coverage: All Products carry a one (1) year limited warranty beginning on the date of purchase listed on the invoice.
   
• What’s Covered: Defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
   
• Remedy: Our sole obligation is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product at our discretion.
   
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover: improper installation, misuse, neglect, modification, lack of maintenance, contamination, over-speeding, over-boosting, or operation outside of specifications.
   
• Fixed Term: Warranty expires exactly one (1) year from purchase — not installation, not service, not resale.
   

• Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
   
• Proof of purchase must be included.
   
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
   

• Company is not responsible for labor, towing, downtime, lost revenue, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
   
• Company’s maximum liability is capped at the purchase price of the Product.
   

• Customer expressly agrees not to file or pursue any lawsuit, claim, or legal action against the Company in any court of law.
   
• All disputes arising from or related to the purchase or use of Products shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
   
• Arbitration shall take place in Alabama, USA, and each party is responsible for its own legal fees and costs.
   
• By purchasing, Customer waives any right to sue in state or federal court and any right to a jury trial.
   

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Alabama.

These Terms, together with the original invoice, are the complete and binding agreement between the Company and Customer. No verbal agreements, implied warranties, or outside representations apply.
